Our blueberry pie filling comes to you in a mason quart jar. It makes a 9” pie. All the ingredients including the spices are included. All you will need to do is take the jar off your panty shelf, pour the ingredients between two pie crusts, pop it into a 425 degree oven and 40 minutes later you have a Maine Wild Blueberry pie. This is the same recipe we use when we make pies or pie slices for the farmers’ markets and for customers who buy from the house. The texture is somewhat firm and does not run all over the oven or your plate. A slice of warm blueberry pie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is about as good as it can get.
